From this base, we work with you to tailor Elevate for your organization or group, ensuring its relevance to both existing and emerging contexts.

The Elevate Program is typically a 12-month blended learning experience led by professional Executive Transition Coaches who have held executive positions. 

Multifaceted learning includes immersive Action Learning modules, self-directed exercises, live group simulations, the opportunity to learn and engage with well-known leadership experts and internal sponsor support. Additional executive coaching and laser coaching options are available where required.

The result is a radically different in-the-moment learning experience, dynamically co-created with each cohort, where tangible progress can be measured early on.

Outcomes

As a Board Member, CEO, HR or C-Suite Director, you will enable the company’s new executives to be successful early on – building your own credibility and brand in the organization. CREATIVITY
Transformation stems from our unique multi-format immersive developmental experiences. Our programs are visual, interactive and immersive – incorporating self-paced content within a cohort-based group learning journey that rapidly transitions high-performing managers into high-value-creating executives.

Our faculty are all experienced executives, and although they have advanced professional coaching qualifications, they do not subscribe to outdated purist coaching structures. Instead, they will engage in the most appropriate ways, sharing insights, personal experiences and in-the-moment feedback to ensure the most effective uptake of new learning. Integration takes place through hands-on, real-time application within a supportive environment to embed and refine participants’ skills.

The Elevate Program is a safe and confidential space where it’s possible to bounce around thoughts and try out ideas, practice concepts and implement learning without fear. It’s the perfect place to practice saying “I don’t know” and seek help forming customized solutions.

TIME-EFFECTIVENESS
Elevate is designed for people who don’t have time to fit in learning yet clearly need it. The program is spaced out over a year, so your participants will only need to free up time as they would for any professional development plan.
