Since engaging with others is shown to be the most effective way to learn, your monthly online Core Circle meeting serves as the cornerstone of your ExeConfidential membership.

Core Circles are highly interactive small-group coaching meetings, exploring the real challenges and experiences of the group members. Your dedicated circle host is a professional Executive Transition Coach, who has been an executive. She works as coach, mentor and advisor to your Core Circle group.

Impactful as these meetings are, your membership also includes many other powerful resources to support your executive learning and growth, helping you transform into a respected, highly-valued executive team member.

ExeConfidential is designed for busy, time-pressed women who don’t have time for leadership growth but recognize its importance. Learning choices are self-directed; you decide how much and how frequently you participate. As with most things, your input will determine your output, outcomes, and, consequently, the value to be generated – so it’s worthwhile contracting for accountability within your Core Circle!

COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL
This is significant enough to be included in the name! The safety that comes from talking with other female executives in a fully confidential setting underscores ExeConfidential’s concept and supportive atmosphere. It is to be expected that highly personal information will be disclosed (transformation occurs via openness and honesty), as well as sensitive corporate information. To this end, we insist on tightly binding non-disclosure contracts with all members before any members are accepted. Confidentiality will be contracted again within your Core Circle, and any time membership of the group changes.
