Enter Elite Intensives Designed for new executives whose schedule does not suit a regular coaching schedule, these deep dive ‘blitzes’ offer a personalized, focused, fast-track approach to closing gaps quickly and effectively. They provide exactly the kind of just-in-time personal support to get your executive career off to a good start and set you up to thrive.
Your Journey
Pre-Intensive Assessment Module (45 minutes online + 1 hour offline in your own time)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive online self-assessment. Using the lenses of Bridge Model for Transitioning Executives™, you’ll uncover where gaps exist. Some you may know about already, and others might still only be visible to others! This module guides you through creating your own Personal Development Plan, prioritizing what to work with first for the greatest impact.
Strategy Session (45 minutes, scheduled)
Equipped with insights from your assessment, the next step is a meeting with your coach to discuss your results and plan. In this meeting, we discuss your specific challenges and aspirations. We agree on how to maximize the impact of your Elite Intensive, ensuring that every minute counts.
The Elite Intensive (4 hours, scheduled)
An immersive, 4-hour 1-1 deep dive, concentrating on the one or two key development areas agreed on in the Strategy Session. The highly experiential format enables powerful accelerated learning, integrated so you can take action immediately. You’ll be amazed how much changes for the better, after just 4 hours!
Subsequent Elite Intensives
Having experienced the positive difference after just one Elite Intensive, you may wish to continue your accelerated learning journey with additional Intensives, focusing on the next areas in your Personal Development Plan. You will not need to repeat Step 1, and Step 2, the Strategy Session is reduced to 30 minutes.
